My Last Newsletter

Yesterday, November 30th, was my last official day with OMS. I was able to move home on November 6th with no travel issues. I have been settling back into life in the US and spending a lot of quality time with my parents.

My mom's transplant was completed on October 31st and went smoothly. She spent about 2 weeks in the hospital afterwards for monitoring. On October 13th, the doctors were comfortable with sending my mom home. Over the last few weeks we have been spending a lot of time at home and at the clinic for her check-up appointments. Overall, they are thrilled with how her body seems to be responding to the treatments. Some even said her results have been miraculous (PRAISE JESUS).

I will be spending the next month focusing on my mom's recovery. After the holidays, I hope to find a temporary job in St. Louis through the spring. I don't know exactly where God will call me to next, but if I have learned anything from this experience, I know that all I need to do is hold my hands open and trust that He will open the right doors and opportunities. As I step into this next chapter, I’m trusting that the same God who has been faithful in every season will continue to lead me forward.

Thank you for following my journey as I followed God's call. I feel so blessed to have gone through this season with you.

2. Default Allocation- If no action is taken, your recurring donations will be directed toward our “Current Needs” initiative, ensuring your support continues to meet the most urgent priorities.
3. Cancel or Modify Donations- If you wish to make changes to your giving preferences or discontinue recurring donations, you can do so easily online or by contacting Donor Services 317.885.4920
